ROVIA SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed during promotions, product launches, or holiday periods may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times within the United States are generally 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside ROVIA's control.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact support@roviausa.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters processing.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

ROVIA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier and then email support@roviausa.com so we can assist with available next steps.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International availability, shipping rates, duties, and taxes are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
